I just want to say what a pleasure it was to work with Jim Szczuka yesterday on the installation of our new multifunction equipment. In my eleven years here at Trinity, I have never had anyone come into our facility to perform this type of service who knew exactly what he was doing until yesterday. The transition from our old equipment to the new went so smoothly that our work here in the office went uninterrupted. The training he provided to me and my employees after installation was very clear and concise. Thank you for the wonderful customer service your company provided yesterday and extend my thanks again to Jim.

In my book, Greg Hubbard is Thermocopy’s Employee of the Year. If we have a problem, he is here promptly and there is always a smile on his face and a spring in his step. I wanted to let you know what an excellent job Jim Szczuka did working on our Ricoh equipment. He was very pleasant and helpful while he was here. He is a really nice guy and did not mind answering a couple of questions I had while he was working on the printer. I hope we don’t have any problems with our equipment, but if we do, I hope Jim answers the service calls. I know we will be well taken care of and the job will be done right if he arrives to fix the problem.

There was a problem with the Ricoh Aficio MP5210 printer/copier scanner feature this afternoon that had to do with “authentication.” I called Thermocopy through whom we lease the unit and with whom we have a service agreement. Using the Supportworks program, Jonathan was able to remotely correct the problem, and now we are back in business.
Jonathan couldn’t have been more pleasant to work with, and he corrected the problem in no time. If you have experienced problems (and I had not until this afternoon)…it appears that Supportworks really works. I am so glad we have Thermocopy to support MS Technology.

I just wanted to let you know how much we liked the tech that came to service our copier. He was not only pleasant but went out of his way to make sure that we all knew how to use the copier, he did teach us some tips to keep it from jamming. In the past, other places where I’ve worked used Thermocopy. I have to say he is the nicest representative I have met from your company—everyone is great, I have never run into a bad rep from your company—but this young man Jake Allen is very personable.
